Wildflower Honey
Artisanal raw liquid honey, produced in small batches with care
Our bees forage the meadows, hedgerows and gardens around the farms...collecting nectar and pollen from hundreds of different flower sources. We extract from selected frames, lightly strain, and then it goes in the jar. Never heated, so the honey remains exactly how the bees intended.
Miel de fleurs sauvages cru, légèrement égoutté.

We now keep bees in both PEI and New Brunswick. Each area produces distinctly different honey.
Our main PEI apiary in the Cymbria area is surrounded by protected conservation land. Our bees forage the nearby farmlands, hedgerows, marshlands, and woodlands.
The Clair bee yard is found in the Appalachian Mountain range of North-Western NB... surrounded by fields, streams, lakes, and mountain forest as far as the eye can see.
Visitors, students and new beekeepers often suit up with us during the season (by appointment only).
